En toen zat er zomaar een engelstalig gedicht in mijn hoofd:
Red boots she wears
Rubyred boots with studs
She hugs a great dane and says
"Hey Toto, we're best buds!"
An experienced one she became
Having travelled through the land
The fiery spark clearly in her eyes
As danger and fear were always close at hand
And now there she is, strong and wise
She surely calls no one her boss
Yet still she signs letters with xxx
And writes to us:
"Love from Dorothy of Oz"
